Tawn Albright is the General Manager of echo, a Ticketmaster company specializing in digital entertainment marketing based in Nashville,Tennessee.  Tawn joined the company in2006 where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development responsible for strategy, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions.  Tawn has been active in Ticketmaster becoming a global live entertainment services company, including its investment in iLike and acquisitions of Echo, Paciolan, SLO and TicketsNow.     
Tawn came to Ticketmaster with a solid background in media, technology and finance.  He was Director of Business Development for OpenTV, a Liberty Media company and helped form a new Strategy and Development Department at Cox Communications.  While at Cox, Tawn worked closely with new product development by executing strategic investments and partnerships that were involved with the launching of new products including DVR’s, IP telephone,Cox.net, and video content.  Prior to Cox,he was with The Coca-Cola Company where he worked in Corporate Business Development managing mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments in bottling, brand and Internet companies. He started his career in accounting and after attending graduate school worked in investment banking with Bank of America.
Tawn is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a double degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship and earned his MBA from Thunderbird. Growing upin Arizona and Oklahoma, he has a deep appreciation for the outdoors having spent time backpacking, mountain biking and climbing, ranching, fishing and farming.  Tawn lived in Mexico, Peru and France, giving him a solid grasp of the Spanish and French languages.  He and his wife Christèle have two children,Alix, 9 and Owen, 7.  While not a talented musician, he plays guitar, harmonica, banjo and djembe drums.  He is an avid Americana music fan but musical influences of traditional country, punk, new wave, rock and bluegrass have created a deep appreciation for all music.
