Vincent Candilora
Senior Vice President, Director of Licensing/ASCAP

In 1995 Vincent joined ASCAP as Vice President, Director of Licensing, to oversee all of licensing, including broadcast, cable and general.  In July of 1997 he was promoted to Senior Vice President.  Candilora is recognized by many as one of the world’s top performing rights specialists.  Before moving to ASCAP he was with SESAC for 26 ½ years where he last served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  He has testified on a number of occasions before committees in both the U.S. House and Senate.  Most recently, he negotiated the largest licensing deal in the history of radio.  Vincent has served on the boards of the Country Music Association, Music Educators National Conference, the Copyright Society of the South, and the Nashville Songwriters Association.
