JOHN C. BEITER

John is an attorney in the Nashville office of Loeb & Loeb LLP.  His practice focuses on entertainment, copyright and trademark law, primarily in the music field and related litigation.  He represents recording artists, songwriters, record companies, music publishers and other parties involved in the music industry, including one of the domestic musical performing rights organizations.  He is a former Chairman of the Nashville Bar Association Entertainment Law Committee; is a member of the CMA, NARAS, and Leadership Music.  His institutional clients include SESAC, Inc., the Nashville Songwriters Association International, and the Americana Music Association.
